How long does it take for my account to be setup after signing up

It takes less than a day. Minutes after signing up, one of our engineers will welcome you and talk about your needs so we can draft an on-boarding plan which may include a migration. The engineer will also ask you to provide any required access credentials via a secure online form, after which you’ll be able to sit back and watch as we knock your socks off with our outstanding service.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. You can subscribe to monthly, yearly or 5 year plans on any of our services. If you change or cancel your plan during the first 30 days of any plan, we’ll refund you the remaining months minus any incurred expenses.

Do I have access to tech support center 24/7?

You have access to tech support 24/7/365! However, depending on your plan, your wait times may vary.

How secure are your services?

We work very hard to protect your website and data. By default, we block all ports except TCP ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS). We only open port 22 (ssh) on a network accessible only through a management server. We use public key authentication and HTTPS/TLS exclusively and make sure to check certificate trust chains, hostnames and validity dates on all packages and communications.

Where are you located?

You can find us in the US (Rochester, NY and Savannah, Georgia), in Europe (Porto, Portugal) and in Africa (Luanda, Angola), which allows us to operate in multiple timezones. While all our engineers are employed by us, we work with contractor from time to time to balance our workload.

Do you work with agencies or offer bulk discounts?

Yes and yes! If you’re an agency or simply have multiple WordPress sites you’d like to manage, please contact us and we’ll build the perfect plan for you. We understand how maintenance work can be time consuming so we partner with agencies to make sure their clients are cared for after a design or development project is complete.

Do you offer any SEO services?

Yes. Our optimization services focus on four key metrics, Security, Speed, Traffic and Conversion. Because SEO directly affects Conversions, we provide SEO audits and content optimization services to our Pro and Enterprise customers. We do not provide link building services as the man hours required would make our plans much more expensive.

What happens if my site breaks?

We’re always able to rollback your site to a previous state up to the hour, depending on your plan. We backup your site and database regularly and use code versioning to track any changes to your code, including possible hacks.

How much support do I get exactly?

While it depends on which plan you’re on and how complex your problem is, we will usually fix small issues such as plugins, themes and updates breaking your site. We also work with plugin and theme developers to fix bugs outside the scope of our support. If your plan doesn’t cover your specific issue, we’ll give you a work estimate or recommend a plan upgrade. On Pro plans we provide dedicated development hours and on Enterprise plans we provide additional development hours, a dedicated account manager and access to our DevOps engineers to provide cloud consulting.

Do you offer web hosting?

We do, but not in the traditional way. We don’t have our own infrastructure. It’s hard to top DigitalOcean or AWS, so we use their reliable servers and take advantage of their best features, like security, automation, snapshots and global networks to provide our customers the best of both worlds. We host and manage your website in the cloud, giving you peace of mind and time to manage your business.
